Ideal for entrepreneurs and existing companies in the SME segment
In the program, regardless of the desired subject area focus, the entrepreneur chooses a personal focus area on the development of their own human competences and skills, at the same time with a professional, business focus for the development course.
The program isbased on the company’s current objectives, as well as a self-evaluation of personal andbusiness competences via two surveys that the entrepreneur fills in (total time consumptionapprox. 45 minutes):
Survey A. En AQ Adaptability Quotient Self-assessment
from the company AQai.io , which automatically delivers a report on the entrepreneur’s 5 most important Abilities, 5 most important personal profile characteristics and also an assessment of how supportive the daily environment is for the entrepreneur.
Survey B. ExQ Exponential Quotient self-assessment
from openexo.com, which assesses a number of elements in the company’s business model in relation to how linear or scalable the business is at the start of the course. Collectively, this forms a baseline and decision-making basis for the entrepreneur’s choice of competencies and skills that are desired to be developed, at the same time that the business progress is realized in collaboration with the Coach. If desired and deemed relevant, other tools can be included

Package Offer:
The ‘Take AIdvantage’ program combines:
-
preparatory tasks with video material and references to extra material prior to meetings,
with
-
personal meetings, by default as online video meeting, with the desired Coach/adviser. However, personal meetings can be held in Copenhagen, e.g. with the entrepreneur, by agreement at no additional cost, if the date/time/location of meetings makes it possible for both parties.
This gives the entrepreneur the opportunity to get particularly extensive benefits from the process, depending on the time and effort invested on the part of the entrepreneur.
The course, which is divided into 4 phases regardless of the desired subject area, includes the below 4 phases.
Total number of hours: Meetings: 4.5 hours plus approx. 2 hours of other online contact (chat/video messages/email) with Coach. In addition, a minimum of 6-8 hours of preparatory exercises/tasks for the entrepreneur between the scheduled workshops (on your own, Coach does not participate).
In addition to the included live meeting hours, you can purchase extra coaching meetings as optional extras.

Phase 1- Preparation
Approx. 45 minuts.
a. AQme self-assessment and
b. ExQ self-assessment
c.The report is sent (in English or Spanish as you prefer) to the entrepreneur automatically right after the self-
evaluation is submitted - and contains, among other things, recommendations for the competence development course. The final wishes for the development of personal
competences are discussed with your Coach/Advisor in the first meeting (phase 2).
Wishes for professional area are chosen by the entrepreneur before the first meeting
(phase 2)
Phase 2- Goal Setting Workshop
Duration: 1,5 timer -> Brief mutual introduction. Prior to the meeting, CVs and objectives for the entrepreneur's business were exchanged. -> Joint professional exercises that lead to a conscious, desired choice of personal skills and abilities for the entrepreneur as well as reflection on the company's objectives. -> Agreement on an action plan for the entrepreneur for the rest of the process.
Phase 3- Planning Workshop
-> Insights-module (3-4 hours) - preparatory tasks before the next meeting: Based on the action plan from phase 2, the entrepreneur receives a number of practical tools, exercises and tools relevant to the specific objectives the entrepreneur has chosen. There is an expected scope of work for the entrepreneur of approx. 3-4 hours before the next meeting. The intention is for the entrepreneur to become familiar with the most effective methods for developing the desired professional and human competences. The methods begin to be used in this phase of the process. -> Implementeringsworkshop (1,5 hours): Implementation workshop (1.5 hours): The entrepreneur works with his Coach to adapt and improve the use of the chosen methods and tools, as well as ensure that the action plan is followed and understood.
Phase 4- Evaluation & Roadmapping
-> The entrepreneur completes a short self-assessment prior to the next phase. Based on the self-evaluation, the Coach can send guiding advice to the entrepreneur. -> Roadmapping workshop (1,5 time): Based on personal work style, results of this course, and level of ambition for the next step, a roadmap is jointly prepared for the entrepreneur's further work with competence development, both professionally/business-wise and personally. - >Evaluation of the course (both during an in-person meeting and a forwarded evaluation form).
